Windshield Replacement, Done Properly.

When a chip becomes a crack and the crack spreads past the point of repair, replacement is the only option. We replace windshields on every make and model — cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, fleet trucks, RVs — with OEM-quality glass and the same urethane adhesive most dealers use.

Most jobs are mobile — we come to your driveway, your office parking lot, or wherever you'll be parked for an hour. We pre-confirm the right glass for your specific VIN and ADAS package before we leave Lehighton, so we don't show up with the wrong windshield and waste your day.

Vehicles with lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, or any forward-facing camera mounted to the glass also need ADAS calibration after replacement. We do that in-house too — one stop, one bill, no second appointment.

Remove + Prep

Wipers and trim removed. Old urethane bead trimmed. Frame primed for new urethane.

Install + Adhesive

OEM-spec urethane laid in continuous bead. New glass set with vacuum cups, aligned, pressed.

Cure + Calibrate

Safe-drive-away cure 60 minutes. ADAS calibrated if your vehicle requires it. Final inspection, then keys.

Windshield Replacement FAQ.

About one hour on a standard windshield, plus the urethane cure time before you can drive. We use safe-drive-away adhesives rated for one hour, so the moment we finish, you're cleared to drive. A few common-sense rules apply for the first 24 hours — we'll walk you through them.
Comprehensive auto coverage usually covers windshield replacement subject to your standard deductible. Pennsylvania doesn't require a $0-deductible glass option by law, so check your specific policy. We're set up in-network with major carriers — in most cases you just pay your deductible and we handle the claim and billing. Call us with your carrier and we'll tell you what to expect.
We use OEM-quality glass — meaning it meets or exceeds the original equipment specification. If your vehicle has specific features (heated wiper park, acoustic interlayer, rain sensor, HUD, etc.) we match them. For some vehicles we can source actual OEM-stamped glass; we'll tell you the price difference up front.
Yes. Most of our windshield replacements are mobile. We bring everything we need — glass, urethane, scan tool, ADAS targets if needed — to your driveway. Mobile service throughout Carbon and northern Schuylkill County.
