We schedule jobs with a time frame and contact you when the technician is on the way. For mobile service, you're responsible for providing a safe, accessible, reasonably level location for the vehicle, and for ensuring the vehicle can remain there for the duration of the install and the adhesive cure time. Severe weather may require us to reschedule for a safe, quality installation.
After a windshield replacement, the vehicle is drive-ready approximately one hour after the install is complete — this is the safe-drive-away time for the urethane adhesive. You agree to follow the post-installation guidance we provide (including precautions for the first 24 hours) to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
